Congratulate me - ONE WEEK on the Plant-only diet - Dr. Esselstyne's "How to Reverse Heart Disease" diet - this man here, it's the first time I'm hearing him. But I'm studying & have done so EVERY DAY ALL DAY. It isn't EASY - it takes effort but it SAVES YOUR LIFE.

  2. Reminder: don't forget to take Vitamin B12 supplements and/or an all-around B-complex vitamin supplement. (You probably already do, but just a reminder.). That particular vitamin is the "weakest link" in any type of vegan diet, but very easily fixed with a supplement.
