Another argument William blog gave me for the plant based diet. No meat, diary - so much PROOF - The diseases that are common to us are caused by DIET - the HIGH FAT cholesterol diet. Cancer, arteries clogged up, other chronic diseases influenced by high fat diet, meat dairy & also OIL including OLIVE OIL! We were / are taught so many LIES like olive oil is GOOD & breaks down cholesterol! I was eating olive oil DAILY & my cholesterol was around 360! It should ideally be below 150. Go PLANT BASED, no meat, dairy unless it's NO FAT DAIRY, no OIL no kind of OIL! It's PROVEN the plat diet WORKS & reverses chronic diseases like diabetes, muscular sclerosis, cancer, heart disease & many other problems.
