Education was PREJUDICED against women (women were disallowed to enter Ivy League Colleges!) – Women were not encouraged or financed by family to enter college. When parents had a boy & girl, but college money for only one – the boy got college, the girl expected to marry money. The props were underneath males, the female had to get her props from a man, which instituted female slavery. The best job for women was marriage, the highest paying job was marry a rich man. (Job description: you cook & clean, breed, stay faithful, serve all the man’s needs while feeding his ego, tolerate his faults including being pushed around, accept his freedom to have other women, forget your ambitions
for independent success. You are not supposed to “stand on your own two feet” – Patriarchy doesn’t allow it. Either stay alone & poor, or marry, it is the only way out of poverty. And so for women, it was either poverty or slavery. Most chose slavery, hoping for the best.”

Good words, Core! I agree with you & based on his writings, so does William Bond. Speaking of studies, to my knowledge he is the main person who has brought forth the nurturing, maternal instinct is what separates females from being like men. James Watkins - I don't want to give up on you yet. I see you as a victim of Christian brainwashing.

Let me give another view of homosexuality proposed by Dr. Bryan Sykes. He believes – but cannot prove – that homosexual males are caused by the Mother giving her baby boy a certain “gene”. They call it the “gay genome.” Why would she do that? He says because the Mother unconsciously does not want the son to procreate, she wants her mitochondrial DNA to be passed down by the female. I don’t quite understand why this would be – but this is what he says. If it is true, then the male would have no control whatsoever in being gay.

The Christian brainwashing assumes that being gay is a DECISION like what color socks you will wear. It isn’t. You are either gay, or bisexual, or straight, & maybe there are things in between – but these are attributes people have they do not decide – It’s either there or it isn’t.

I might add this sad note. And Jesus confirmed it when he said some gays “are made.” How are they made? By baby boys BEING MOLESTED BY MEN. I know that when males are molested as babies or boys or very young, they can be confused in their orientation. The abuse itself can turn them that way, even when they don’t want to be. IT ISN’T A DECISION.

I have had TWO DISCIPLES WHO WERE GOING TO KILL THEMSELVES because of what their CHRISTIAN FAMILIES DID TO THEM. One of them, his family made him go FOR NINE YEARS to Christian counseling to cure him of being gay. But it didn’t work, because it wasn’t a decision. They told him he as going to Hell. This tortured him. I helped him get away from his family, mentally speaking. He got totally made right & happy for the first time. He joined a gay therapy group. He went back to college, finished it & got a terrific job. I told him never look back, leave your family now & whatever you do, do not look back. BUT HE DID NOT LISTEN. His family got him back into their clutches – they started brainwashing him again, telling him he was going to Hell. A few months later, he was dead. I know because the family looked at his computer, found me, contacted me denouncing me. Called me names, a cult leader, etc. I saw how evil they were, they caused his death.

Another disciple also was going to commit suicide. I spoke to him every day for three months, got him out of it. Today he has an altar to me & is happy. He was not gay, he just did not want the Christian religion. Both his parents are Pastors & made him work in the Church. He hated it. The Christians are totally intolerant & they had him so twisted he just wanted to die – thank God I met him & he was saved.

Bottom line: Being gay is not a decision.
Secondly. Even if it was a decision, SO WHAT? God made sex – sex is LOVE. Everyone needs love, most people need sex. Sex is healthy. Sex is not dirty. Stay out of other people’s sex lives, mind your own. Just make sure you Christians keep your own faith, follow the commands you believe in. But don’t condemn others. They are following their own conscience. Stop torturing them.
