this starts out so sad a stillbirth. But there's a colt needing a Foster Mother, & they bring him, & the Mom takes to him well. They have to hold the Mom on a leash as she could have had a negative reaction to the new foal - sometimes they get angry. And they have to hold the foal on a leash to make sure he doesn't get behind her back leg, as if she's mad, she could kick him & a kick from a horse can kill. Also her udder is tense & hurts to be touched, but the foal is trying to nurse & at first it's touchy but in the end, everything is alright. The colt has a Mom, the Mom has a baby. Rasa
