CHECK YOUR CHOLESTEROL - IT COULD BE A KILLER!
DON'T EAT EGGS ANY MORE! OR SHRIMP - BAD CHOLESTEROL. MINE WAS 360 WHICH IS DEADLY, MOSTLY FROM 3 EGGS A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK.
I'VE NOW BEEN ON THE WHOLE-PLANT DIET 13 WEEKS. I DO EAT FISH, BUT NOT THE SHELLFISH HIGH IN CHOLESTEROL LIKE SHRIMP & LOBSTER. THIS DIET YOU STOP EATING ALL MEATS, DAIRY & OIL. I USED TO EAT CHEESE A LOT, NO MORE. I USED TO USE OLIVE OIL - NO MORE. THE FISH I EAT IS POACHED, IT HARDLY NEEDS TO BOIL, JUST PUT IN VERY HOT WATER A COUPLE MINS, IT'S DONE. NO BREADED OR FRIED OR PROCESSED STUFF. I ALSO QUIT DRINKING - IT'S POISON.
