OILS & ANIMAL PROTEIN INJURE ENDOTHELIAL CELLS HE SAYS. WHAT ARE THESE?
Endothelial cells are a type of cell that form a thin lining on the inside of blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, and the heart, acting as a barrier between the bloodstream and surrounding tissues, regulating the exchange of substances between them; essentially, they are the primary cells that make up the inner layer of blood vessels, controlling blood flow and maintaining vascular health.
·
Function:
They regulate the movement of nutrients, fluids, and waste
products between the blood and tissues, manage blood pressure by producing
substances like nitric oxide, and play a role in inflammation and immune
response.
·
Location:
They form a single layer of cells lining the inside of
all blood vessels, including arteries, veins, and capillaries.
·
Importance in health:
Proper
endothelial function is crucial for maintaining cardiovascular health, as
dysfunction can contribute to conditions like atherosclerosis and hypertension.
Pete refers to a study
on olive oil that says it’s good for these cells. I answer:
I
saw the study, did not see who ordered it. And sometimes it's sneaky, they {the
industry} hide under different names
Hi Rasa
My wife just boils the vegetables. I sprinkle herbs on
vegetables and soups and put spices on things like porridge.
If your use to eating foods with strong flavors then it can be
hard to eat food that are not like this. But herbs and spices can help.
Traditional Mexican food is good for you but because its mostly beans which
tastes bland. So they use hot spices to give it flavor. They do the same
in
To me eating a healthy diet is more important than having bad
health and taking loads of medicine. But I know some people don't think like
this and have become addicted to junk food.
William I used to hate hot spice, but when I learned that is is REAL
GOOD for you, I learned to like it. Dr. Richard Schultze, herbalist,
swears by cayenne pepper, the hotter the better. He said it can STOP a heart
attack OR ALLEVIATE IT! I now drink hot sauce out of a bottle, 1 or 2 TBsp
daily - have several bottles so I don't run out. I also learned from him
to eat Hawthorn berries which I take every day in capsule form & also have
them in pod form to make later, tea I guess. Hawthorn berries rebuild
heart tissue.
Pete like I said, you have nothing to worry abut if
your heart is good so do what makes you happy.
As for me, this is my third day & I know I will
get used to this. It's like the celibacy or the lack of it. The doors open or
close in my MIND. Once that's done, I don't desire the thing that is forbidden,
& I desire the thing that is permitted. It's my virtue of OBEDIENCE which
is one of my 2 strongest virtues. My other one is ZEAL for the
After a decent study on the two items: NITRIC OXIDE
& ENDOTHELIAL CELLS I am convinced he is right. He is NOT abut trying to
make money or con anyone, like that Dr. Goo Goo {not his real name} who's
endlessly annoying me with his ads about what's good or not good - all
controversial, most the opposite or different from what Dr. Essel says. Someting
about lepkins or lektins - which no one ever heard of so we listen to him &
think he knows something we don't. It gets mysterious as he says we have to
know our METABOLIC TYPE & it seems he wants to bamboozle us into thinking
he knows things we don't & we have to go to him & pay money to find out
what he knows. He to me is a con man trying to make money. He does not give
details until you spend money - a sure sign this is a businessman rather than a
humanitarian.
But Dr. Essel is a true HUMANITARIAN. He explains
CLEARLY again & again in FREE presentations. He says the basics in each
video - some he gives new info. So he has a book - big deal - books don't
sell. His wife & daughter have a site where they give recipees, the
daughter's husband also helps. They do all this for the sake of helping people,
not gaining 'filthy lucre'. The daughter also has a recipee book - again - they
don't charge for the free videos on You tube.
And he is SO PATIENT. He
doesn't get MAD at the people who disagree, challenge him & argue or
dissent. He just keeps explaining. Whereas Dr. Schultze gets ANGRY & peope
love it when he LASHES OUT at those who argue & argue re good health, who
want to keep their bad habits & doing what they enjoy even if it's killing
them. Dr. Schultze is also a vegan.
I learned something. Dr. Essel said that not all
vegans are good - he's helped some of them - he said they eat 'glazed donuts.'
That's the 'demon' he's named a few times, where Dr. Schultze's pet demon is
'pepperoni pizza - people stuff themselves with that & when he presents an
herbal tea they balk, fearing they might drink too much, lol. Today they call
this diet 'plant based diet' instead of vegan.
Here is our PROBLEM. We are stubborn. Even when we
know what is right or wrong, we want to do what we want to do, like smoking,
drugs, being uncaring or mean to someone - even 'the least of these.' We are
selfish & egotistical. These are human traits. We don't want to humble
ourselves & obey, even when someone tells us something we think might be
true, we resist it because we don't want to do it.
Dr. Essel explained how he gets people to
comply. By RESPECTING THEM. He said the other docs complain when people
hear them in a 10-15 min. office visit. But he gives them a 6 hour seminar. He
calls each person in it himself personally & answers questions. He gives
them bookets which explain everyting, he follows up with them. And his rate is
about 87% compliance - the other guys it's real low as they just BARK at you or
state what you 'should do' slam, bam, thank you ma'am & you're supposed to
do it. They don't put in the TIME.
All I can say is I believe him & I'm going to
try to reverse this disease & live as long as God wants me to.
Rasa
I looked at the study again, Rasa, and I don't think the study authors or institutes have any sort of links to the olive oil industry:
ReplyDeleteConflicts of Interest
The authors declare no conflict of interest.
It is true that in various industries there are sneaky ways of hiding blatant conflicts of interest, but I cannot seem to find any here thus far.
You are indeed correct that since you are facing death, you need to be far more conservative with your diet than the average person would. This is basically a sort of "Hail Mary" to reverse your heart disease, and I think it will work, God willing.
Remember, my field is chemistry, not nutrition, so I am hardly an expert here.
At this point, I can't say I really have any further advice for you in regards to heart health, except the famous Billy Joel lyric: "Working to hard will give you a heart attack, ack, ack, ack, ack...". (Not sure why he was stuttering, but certainly correct regardless.)
Best of luck 🍀
Pete
And definitely the spices and hot peppers are a great idea. I enjoy those myself as well 😀
