A Cholesterol Master Class with Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn | Jr. MD.

I'm about OD'd on studying - listening to the Docs & exerts on the pant based diet & it's getting repetitive & therefore boring - I think it's engraved on my soul this is my diet, I need not study any more. I have listened every day for hours this past month - it's the day after my first month on it, so enough is enough. Notice I have gravitated to listening to lives of the Saints, some of which I heard before but am refreshing myself. I mean, we hear the life of Jesus umpteen times & it's still good, although after listening to his Gospels a year ago, each one 2 or 3 times, it did get old, lol. There is hardly a Saint whose life I don't know, I am even familiar with obscure ones like Bakita & all the apparitions of Our Holy Lady are known to me. I wish they had lives of people who were de facto Saints but not canonized - there have been many. Percentage wise not many, but say in the last 200 years, lives we know about, there would be many by number. Wish I could learn about them! But in searching for interesting lives, the ones they cite the most are those of SCANDAL, notoriety, extreme fame & fortune - things that are NOT examples to follow. This world is a mess & a burden, it is filled with negativity! But that is the trial by fire we have here, to burn out the dross from within us & retain the gold or goodness.  Rasa
