3^rd Week Plant Based Diet

 

          Today is the 3rd week on the Plant based diet.  I ate some bread/cakes that I've had in the freezer from 3 years ago when I was JUICING. I took the pulp & made a cake bread. But it contains EGGS & A lot of OIL. But my inner voice told me to go ahead & eat it. So I did for breakfast, & put the rest of the breads for the animals.  It underscored how IGNORANT I was at the time - thinking I was so ahead of myself with the pulp but I put the poison of egg yolks {3 in each cake} & OIL {a half to 3/4ths of a cup in each cake!} & I thought I was doing myself so much good when I was doing wrong.

    I am going through My food stores & putting so many items to the animals, for instance, the oatmeal that contains all kinds of spices & SUGAR which I didn’t realize how DUPED & CONNED I was. The latest video William shared had this new doc. I am halfway through his second video on DIET. He explains so strongly how the industries take good honest ingredients & fuck with them, adding all kinds of crap including SUGAR & OIL & then charge us way too much as if these were GOOD FOR US. And I was dumb enough to fall for it - not understanding the basics here, just being BLIND.  I'm going to also take the nut butters I have - have several containers of them {not peanut butter, which I will use once in a while} But real butter containing sugar & cinnamon, I will make sandwiches for the animals.

    I'm really MAD about how in the past I let these industries dupe & fool me with OIL & SUGAR, which is basically POISON if you use too much of it. But now I know. They use it added to GOOD INGREDIENTS just so they can charge MONEY but it is STEALING from us & POISONING us.

 

    I also feel so sorry for these doctors who are preaching the plant based diet but the Patriarchy IS NOT LISTENING & even PUNISHING them for it!  Dr. Colin got passed over for a promotion at Cornell because his diet is against the dairy industry even though he brought millions in research money to the University. The new guy they did promote works for the DAIRY INDUSTRY!

    They are SAVING LIVES but the Patriarchy is set in its ways & doesn't care about LIVES but LIES that put money in their pockets!

This is a parallel to the work we are doing to try to get Matriarchy across!       Rasa
